Hello Sir, good day. Regarding the problem of slow response you mentioned, I would like to explain it to you: 1. Such environment thermometer need to analyze the air by a built-in sensor. Usually, we recommend customers to let it stand for about half an hour after the product is turned on to obtain the most stable and accurate values. 2. Environment thermometer is different from those food thermometer we usually use. Food thermometer directly inserts the probe into the food so that can get response quickly. But environment thermometer is analyzed through air, so it takes longer time than food thermometer. So please kindly note that regarding the slow response you mentioned, this is the time required for the instrument to obtain accurate temperature and humidity
